An Illinois native and current Chicago suburb resident, Bob joined Optec in October, 2016, with over 30 years of sales management experience in advertising, marketing and manufacturing. Bob has worked the past 10 years in the signage and lighting industries focusing on national accounts, retail, professional sports and gaming. He received a degree from Marquette University in communications film. Bob is an avid golfer, photographer and outdoor enthusiast who spends his free time enjoying his hobbies with his wife, six children and seven grandchildren.

Bob is a Milwaukee native, joining Optec LED Lighting in 2023. He has been in sales and business development his entire career with over 40 years of experience. Bob has owned his own manufacturer’s representative business; and has worked in the casino industry and other sales development positions with major corporations and technology companies.

He received a Business Degree from Marquette University with a major in Business & Marketing. Bob has been married for 46 years and has three daughters and three grandchildren. He enjoys golf and other outdoor activities and is an unabashed fan of the Packers, Bucks and Brewers.

Based in Ontario, California, Be began her journey with the Optec team in December 2007. Since joining Optec, she has provided support and managed EMC displays projects for major national account restaurant chains and some retailers. Be became a part of the Optec LED Lighting team in 2013. Her experience and knowledge working with LED-based products made for a smooth transition into the lighting division and her role as lead inside sales service representative. When she’s not at work, Be has a mom schedule that keeps her very busy. Any little time she gets, she spends it working out and/or spending time with her family, friends and loved ones.

DENNIS CATHER Texas / Oklahoma / Regional Sales Support

Based in Keller, Texas, Dennis joined the Optec team in September 2014; but with over 20 years of experience in the illuminated signage and menu board business, he’s certainly not new to the industry. When Dennis isn’t working he enjoys golf, swimming and other outdoor activities with his family, who include his wife and three children.
